My name is William Woods I am a business owner of Woods Family Maintenance since 2016. I started out in 2003 at Job Corps I did a Year of Concrete Finishing and Graduated after doing a year there I stayed and did a 2 year in Industrial Maintenance and I completed and received 2 certificates one in Concrete and one in Maintenance.  I worked in Charleston with Encore Management Company , I maintained 2 Apartments Complexes one was Tyler Heights in Cross Lanes the other one was Vickers Parke in Charleston. I also worked other complexes within the company when they needed me, I was with the Company for 5 years , I also worked for RLJ Management I maintained 2 Complexes one was Senior Square Apartment in Elizabeth the other one was Beverly in Elizabeth worked for the Company for a year then worked at Imperial Gardens in Spencer for a year. So have done Maintenance for 12 plus years. I joy what i do and look forward to working with the community.
